[SONG REVIEW] SugarWater - Gxuma

Before we get anywhere, we need to understand that at #ChilledVibesAndCereal, there is a serious problem with the idea that there are rappers who think they can make a hit off a beat that has already been a hit with another artist. This has never happened with Sugarwater products. Clinically sound beats. The lyricism is literally about you...the listener. It's different to find something like this in South Africa where the wave is not surfed, but more created.

Gxuma had me in love from the constant 'hawema'. It's the subtle bass influences that drop at the most random of times and has you thinking you have the beat until it switches up on you. No bitches no hoes, literally just a genuine praising of the ladies. Get's me thinking of a woman...this song sounds like that feeling of her skin as you gently glide your fingers...something like that. I believe this song is the perfect song for all females during this month of August. The switch up near the end is reminiscent of the previous hit "iSauce". Makes me wonder what the vibe must be like in the studio for the crew creating such consistent good music. Think Differently? Let us know by commenting below.
